Sophie Gordon is an experienced Application Manager at Hardware Group, having held this position since June 2015, where responsibilities include overseeing a team of developers and DBAs and managing an application stack comprising ERP, CRM, and internally developed software. Prior to this, Sophie served as Data Manager at ProLabs.com from May 2013 to June 2015, focusing on project management for the new warehouse and software implementation, as well as report creation and customer-supplier relations. During an earlier tenure as Data Manager at Hardware.com from June 2008 to April 2013 and as Group Supply Chain Manager at Zycko from March 2001 to June 2008, Sophie developed skills in data management and supply chain operations. Sophie holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Environmental Biology from the University of Plymouth, completed from 1992 to 1995.
