Francesca de Zamacona has a diverse work experience in various companies. Francesca started their career at Fundación Lazos in 2011, where they worked as an Integration and Development Analyst and also completed a Social Service. Francesca then joined UNIFIN FINANCIERA in 2013 as a Recruitment and Selection Manager. Francesca's next role was a Summer Internship at BBVA Bancomer in 2016. Lastly, in 2017, they became the Talent & Culture VP at kubo.financiero, where they currently hold the position.

Francesca completed their Master in Business Administration (MBA) from IPADE Business School from 2015 to 2017. In 2016, they participated in the MBA Exchange Program at the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School.

Prior to their MBA, they earned a Diploma in Logotherapy from Sociedad Mexicana de Análisis Existencial y Logoterapia between 2013 and 2014. Francesca had also obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Universidad Anáhuac between 2008 and 2012.

Additionally, they obtained a certification in Taller Ejecutivo Change Management from RCC Resources, Consulting and Change in September 2021.
