Mo'ath Qasim is an experienced software engineer with a diverse and progressive work history. Starting in 2012, they worked at OPTIMIZA as a Software Developer until 2013. From 2013 to 2015, they joined exedio as a Software Engineer. In 2015, Mo'ath Qasim moved to LOVOO GmbH, where they worked as a Software Engineer until 2016. Following that, they became a Software Engineer at Ligatus from 2016 to 2019, focusing on Ligatus Native Solutions. Later, in 2019, Mo'ath Qasim joined Kubermatic as a Senior Software Engineer and progressed to the role of Technical Team Lead until 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Engineering at Kubermatic.

From 2009 to 2012, Mo'ath Qasim attended Al-Balqa Applied University where they pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Information Technology.
