Sushil Kumar Khetan has an extensive work experience in the finance and operations field. Sushil Kumar currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer (Operations) at Kuantum Papers Ltd since June 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Emami Paper Mills Limited as the Director (Operations) & CFO from November 2019 to May 2022, and as the Sr President & CFO from October 2017 to October 2019. Sushil Kumar also held the position of President & CFO at EMAMI PAPER MILLS LIMITED from May 2012 to September 2017. Earlier in their career, they worked at Emami Paper Millls Limited as the General manager (Finance & Taxation), Vice President & CFO from October 1999 to June 2012. Sushil Kumar started their professional journey at Titagarh Industries Limited as the Finance Controller & Company Secretary from July 1988 to September 1999.

Sushil Kumar Khetan attended The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India from 1985 to 1988, where they obtained a Chartered Accountant (ACA) degree with the 13th rank in India. Sushil Kumar then went on to study at The Institute of Company Secretary of India from 1988 to 1992, earning a degree in Company Secretary, specializing in Company Law, Legal, and Accounting. Prior to this, they completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) from S K College from 1981 to 1984, scoring in the 1st division.
