Timothy Lally is the Owner of KTL Solutions, Inc., a position held since October 1999, where guidance and leadership are provided in the integration of diverse technologies. With a strong background in accounting and robust technical skills in the development and deployment of business application software, Timothy has cultivated expertise over the years. Previously, Timothy served as the Owner of Signature Systems from 1986 to 1999. Timothy holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from the University of Maryland, obtained from 1985 to 1989.
