Emily Dresch is an experienced professional currently serving as the Manager of Carrier Success and Drayage Operations Team Lead at KTI since February 2021. With a diverse career beginning in 2006 at Potbelly Sandwich Works, Emily has held various roles in operations and customer service, including positions at C.H. Robinson and Genesis PURE Corp. as an Independent Business Owner. Emily also has bookkeeping experience from freelance work and previously managed drayage operations at KTI. Additionally, Emily has been a homemaker since 2009 and holds a diploma in Workplace Administrative Professional from Hennepin Technical College.
