Dave Kempski is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at KTERIO since December 2021, Kempski has also held the position of Founding Principal at Badger Management Consulting LLC since February 2018. Previous roles include Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Eagle Mountain Resource Recovery Corporation, and Chief Executive Officer at Tectura Corporation, where Kempski was also a Board Director and Chief Financial Officer. Additional experience includes executive consulting at 3PAR, serving as VP & Worldwide Controller at Borland Software Corporation, and holding key financial positions at Mercury Interactive and Hitachi Vantara. Kempski began a professional career in finance at PwC as a Manager in the Assurance Practice after earning a BS in Accounting from San Jose State University.
