Frances Ching BS, LMT has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. In 2009, they worked as a freelance stylist for Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, where they collaborated with KinzieRiehm Photographers to produce quality images for children's textbooks. Frances then worked as a personal training membership counselor at LA Fitness before joining Orlando Health as an administrative assistant. In 2010, Frances served as an event coordinator for Citrus Restaurant and assistant coach/trainer at Complete Soccer Academy. Frances also took on the role of assistant director of coaching at Maitland Soccer Club and worked as an event sales coordinator at Kres Chophouse. From 2012 to 2017, Frances worked as a banquet server at Ceviche Tapas Bar & Restaurant. In 2014, they became the lead registered chiropractic assistant at North Orlando Spine Center. Most recently, Frances worked as a brand ambassador/event staff member for KT Tape. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated adaptability and efficiency in various roles and industries.

Frances Ching BS, LMT completed their education in a chronological manner. First, they attended Fort Myers High School from 2001 to 2005 and obtained a diploma. During their high school years, they pursued the International Baccalaureate Program. Following their graduation from high school, Frances Ching enrolled at Stetson University from 2005 to 2009. Frances pursued a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Rehabilitative Studies and a minor in Healthcare Ethics.

In addition to their formal education, Frances Ching has obtained several certifications. In August 2021, they became a Licensed Massage Therapist from Florida Health. In 2012, they obtained an E License from the Florida Youth Soccer Association. Furthermore, in March 2014, they completed the requirements to become a Registered Chiropractic Assistant as recognized by Florida Health.
