Ben Hartley has a long and varied work history, beginning in 2012 as a Director at Chaffinch. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as a Contractor for After the Flood, Nike, and Fourth. In 2015, they became a Technical Lead at BBC before taking the same role at New Look in 2016. In 2017, they took on the role of Lead Engineer at BCG Digital Ventures, and in 2018, they worked as both a Platform Engineer at Mettle and an Engineering Lead at Simba Sleep. Ben currently holds the position of Software Engineer at KSOC, which they have held since 2021.
