John Juds is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in manufacturing and organizational excellence. Currently serving as the Operational Excellence Leader and Vice President of Operations at KSM Industries, Inc. since October 2019, John previously held leadership roles including Director of Operations at Hayes Performance Systems and General Manager at Plymouth Tube Company, overseeing full P&L responsibilities for a stainless steel tube manufacturing facility. Prior experience includes serving as VP of Global Operations at Lucas Milhaupt, where John managed multiple global facilities and was responsible for P&L, supply chain, quality, and operational excellence. Additional roles include Business Operations Manager at GE Healthcare and Operations Manager at Delphi Automotive Systems. John holds an Executive Certificate in Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame and degrees in Industrial Management from Milwaukee School of Engineering and Manufacturing Management from Kettering University.
