Natraj Nukala has extensive work experience in various industries. Natraj founded Kshema General Insurance Limited in 2018 and served as the Founder. Prior to this, they were the Managing Director at Kshema Holdings Private Limited starting from 2017. Natraj also held the position of Director at NRKR Textiles Pvt Ltd since 2009. In addition, they served as the Managing Director at ITUS Insurance Brokers Pvt Ltd from 2012 to 2020. Before that, they worked as a Risk Analyst-Money Movement Division at Fidelity Investments from 2007 to 2009. Natraj began their career as an Intern at BONY Mellon in 2006 and as a PLC Design Analyst at GEFANUC CNC SPARES LTD in 2004.

Natraj Nukala completed a Master's degree in Risk Management from New York University - Polytechnic School of Engineering in 2005-2006.
