Kristin Weidemann Wieland joined KS in 2018. She came from the position of municipal director for organization and development in Bærum municipality. She has previously worked as managing director at Kunnskapsforlaget, as deputy managing director at Helse Sør-East RHF and as assistant bank manager at Sparebanken NOR.

Wieland is a civil engineer from NTH and also has an MBA in strategic management from NHH.
