Reid Phillips has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Reid started their career in 1991 at Cumberland Wood Products, Inc. as a Projects Manager, where they worked until 2001. In 2005, they joined Mothwing, LLC as the VP of Product Development and Manufacturing, a position they held until 2012. Reid then moved on to Kryptek Outdoor Group, where they served as the Camouflage Brand Manager starting in July 2012.

Reid Phillips attended Roane State College from 2002 to 2004, where they obtained an Associates degree in Business Management.
