Patrick Dettmer has held various positions in the military and corporate sectors since 2007. Patrick began their career as an Infantryman for the US Army, where they conducted force protection patrols and protective services for VIPs. In 2015, they interned at the Missouri House of Representatives. In 2016, they became a Project Lead at Evolution Security and Consulting. From 2017 to 2018, they held the role of Declassification Analyst at Hexagon US Federal, where they conducted declassification reviews and analyzed unclassified and classified documents. During this time, they also worked as a Research Analyst at Halcyon International. In 2018, they became a Data Scientist at Advanced Decisions Vectors, where they worked with large data sets, open source intelligence, and gathered numerical data. Currently, they are employed as an Analyst at HALCYON GROUP INTERNATIONAL, LLC and as the Chief Operating Officer at Krydus.

Patrick Dettmer completed a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Lindenwood University in 2016. Following this, they earned a Master's degree in Data Analytics from Capitol Technology University in 2020.
