Amir Rezaei, CPA, MBA, is an accomplished accounting professional with extensive experience in various roles, currently serving as the Director of Technical Accounting at Kruze Consulting since January 2017. Previous positions held include Senior Manager/Controller, Controller, Senior Accountant, and Staff Accountant within the same organization. Prior to Kruze Consulting, Amir worked at A&S Accounting Services as a Staff Accountant, providing comprehensive accounting services and financial analysis to diverse clients. Additionally, Amir served as an Adjunct Instructor at Lone Star College, focusing on student success and course design, and worked as a Licensed Personal Banker at Wells Fargo, advising clients on financial management. Amir holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Florida and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of California, Riverside.
