Stuart Theobald, CFA, is an accomplished finance professional and academic with extensive experience in research, consulting, and media. As the Founder and Chairman of Krutham since April 2008, Stuart leads a firm that specializes in enhancing the financial systems of emerging markets through partnerships with various stakeholders. Currently, as Founder and Director of Jobs Boost, initiated in November 2023, Stuart focuses on promoting youth employment in South Africa. Stuart is also a Research Associate at the Centre for the Philosophy of Natural and Social Science at LSE, contributing to relevant academic discussions, and has written columns for esteemed publications such as Business Day and the Sunday Times. With a strong educational foundation, including a PhD in Philosophy from LSE, Stuart combines academic insight with practical industry expertise.
