Cecilia Schultz is a Senior Researcher at Krutham, with experience as a Postdoctoral Researcher and Doctoral Student at the University of the Witwatersrand, where the doctoral thesis focused on the political economy of sovereign creditworthiness in South Africa from a governmentality perspective.
