Juntima Sirichanyawat serves as the Head of Innovation and Product (Vice President) at Thai Insurance Public Company Limited (TIC) since October 2019, where responsibilities include leading digital transformation and developing innovative product strategies. Previously, Juntima held the position of Head of Customer Experience and Innovation as well as Head of Project Management at Southeast Insurance and Finance Group since August 2018, focusing on aligning company strategy with operational performance and project governance. Additional experience includes serving as Assistant Vice President (Project Manager) at Muang Thai Life Assurance and a Manager in Digital Strategy at Krungthai-AXA Life Insurance PCL. Juntima’s career began as an IT Project Manager at Ocean Life Insurance from November 2011 to January 2016. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Software Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Sripatum University.
