Matteo Paolini is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management, operations, and people management across diverse sectors. Currently serving as a Project Management Officer at KRUK Italia S.r.l. since February 2024, Matteo previously held key roles at Amazon, including Project Manager for EU LMDX and Area Manager, overseeing safety and operational improvements in multiple delivery stations. Earlier in the career, Matteo served in various capacities within the Marina Militare, including Executive Officer and Operations Officer, managing training and operations on board and inshore. Matteo's foundational experience includes positions as Commanding Officer Assistant in the Corpo delle Capitanerie di Porto - Guardia Costiera and an IT Navy Volunteer specializing in helicopter refueling. Academically, Matteo holds multiple degrees related to maritime operations and safety management, alongside a Bachelor’s degree in Cultural Heritage Sciences from Università di Pisa.
