Rees Cowne serves as the CEO and Co-Founder of TalentZ Global since November 2020, a platform designed for event organizers to book a diverse range of entertainers globally. Rees has also been the Business Director at Kruger Cowne since September 2016, overseeing management operations, new business strategies, and product development. Previously, Rees was the Brand Development Manager at Kruger Cowne, focusing on account management and talent scouting. As Co-Founder of Entrooper from June 2017 to December 2019, Rees managed bands and music acts for performances and events. Early career roles include Marketing Executive at Kruger Cowne, Community Relations Executive at One Young World, Project Manager at Le Moulin de Madame, and Delegate Liaison and Communications Executive at One Young World. Rees holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) Hons in Business Management from the University of Plymouth, completed in 2016, and attended Dulwich College from 2008 to 2012.
