Brad Noviskey currently serves as the Director of Operations at Kros-Wise, Inc., a company dedicated to providing product-based solutions for clients in both commercial and federal sectors since October 2021. Prior to this role, Brad was the Quality Director at Next Level Manufacturing from September 2017 to October 2021, contributing to the firm’s rapid growth as a leading machine shop in the U.S. Brad's extensive experience also includes positions as Quality Manager and Design Engineer at Stampede Die & Engineering, Die Designer at CTS, program manager for onsite laser scan inspection at MET, and Die Designer at Synergis Technologies Group. Additionally, Brad began the professional journey in 1996 as a Quality/CMM technician at Synergis Technologies.
