Louis J. Vetter is an associate managing director in the Business Intelligence and Investigations practice, based in the New York city office. He has decades of extensive experience in financial investigations, forensic accounting, integrity monitoring, internal auditing and litigation consulting.

Prior to joining Kroll, Louis was a director of the forensic audit sector of a leading investigative consultancy. His forensic accounting expertise has been instrumental in the resolution of numerous complex financial investigations and litigation matters. Throughout his professional career, he also managed multiple high-profile consultancies and regulatory monitorships. His wide-ranging public and private industry experience includes serving as an associate director for an international consulting company within its Disputes and Investigations practice, a manager of internal audit in Participations and Contract Accounting for New Line Cinema/Warner Bros. and an accountant and auditor with leading public forensic accounting and advisory firms.

Louis received an MBA from Fordham University and a BBA in accounting from Hofstra University. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed to practice in New York State. He is also certified in Financial Forensics (CFF), and as a Fraud Examiner (CFE), Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS), Valuation Analyst (CVA) and Internal Auditor (CIA).
