Sally Brown is an experienced professional with extensive expertise in ticket operations and client services. Since February 2006, Sally has served as the Director of Ticket Ops at Kroenke Sports Enterprises, overseeing various aspects of ticketing and customer engagement. Prior to this role, Sally spent over 17 years at Ticketmaster, starting in June 1987 and concluding in December 2004, where the role of Manager of Client Services was held, focusing on client relations and service excellence.
