Kathryn Maloney has extensive experience in ticket sales and customer service within the sports industry, primarily with Kroenke Sports & Entertainment since January 2011 as a Box Office Ticket Sales Associate. In this role, Kathryn utilized various software platforms to manage ticket sales and customer inquiries, contributing to enhanced client experiences. As an Account Executive for the Colorado Rapids Soccer Club, Kathryn was responsible for generating new revenue through cold calls and promoting season ticket packages, while also building strong relationships with clients. Kathryn began the journey as an Inside Sales Representative, focusing on outreach to past clients, and gained foundational experience as a Group and Season Ticket Sales Intern. In addition, Kathryn serves as Head Soccer Coach for Colorado Ice Soccer since March 2004, demonstrating strong leadership and coaching skills. Kathryn holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Metropolitan State University of Denver and an Associate of Science from Moraine Valley Community College.
