Thea Eugenie Risvold is an experienced HR consultant at Kripos, holding the position since August 2017, and previously served as a trainee. With a diverse background, Thea has also worked as a consultant at StudConsult AS and as a second-degree mentor at MentorNorge AS. Prior roles include service leader and LSM responsible at Burger King®, where skills in customer communication, sales, and training were developed. Additional experience includes internships and practical roles at various companies, providing a strong foundation in retail operations, marketing, and organizational skills. Thea holds a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology, HR, and Management from BI Norwegian Business School and a vocational diploma in Office and Administration.
