Cia Ricco has extensive experience in various roles that focus on personal development and community enhancement. As the Executive Director of Visions and Dreams for Creative Learning Youth Programs, Inc. since 1991, Cia has dedicated efforts to help children and young adults in the U.S. Additionally, Cia operates Rancho Ricco in Costa Rica, providing training, volunteering opportunities, and environmental education while promoting alternative health care and eco-tourism. With a strong connection to the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health, Cia serves as a teacher, guiding individuals in creating fulfilling lives. Furthermore, Cia has authored "Living As If Your Life Depended On It: Twelve Gateways for a Life That Works," contributing insights into life coaching practices from 1990 to 2011.
