Daniel Grothues is a seasoned food content creator currently working at Krieger Digital since May 2021, where responsibilities include comprehensive food content creation, from research and recipe development to creative writing and video production. Prior experience includes ownership of The Hidden - by Daniel's Eatery, a culinary project space, and Daniel's Eatery, a supper club providing private dining experiences, both operational from 2012 to 2021. Daniel also founded cuadrado - we create., a design label for print designs on textiles, and held various managerial positions in print ad production for companies such as Jamba! and Fox Mobile Group. Educational background includes studies at Hanze and an overseas semester focused on Marketing at North Dakota State University.
