He is a Non-Executive and Independent Director of the company. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Electrical & Mechanical Engineering along with a degree in law (LLB) from Delhi University. He is from Central Power Engineering Services, Batch of 73 & has worked with the central government for more than 35 years in group A & higher positions. He received the president’s gold medal for meritorious & outstanding services while on deputation with Delhi Vidyut Board (DVB).
