Bruce Smalley is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management and maintenance across several industries. Currently serving as the Maintenance Manager at StressCrete Group since March 2023, Bruce has also held leadership roles such as President of the South Tuscaloosa Soccer Club since April 2010, focusing on youth development in soccer. Previous positions include Maintenance Supervisor and Multi Craft Maintenance Team Lead at Lear Corporation from August 2018 to August 2023, General Manager at Speedco, Inc. from April 2016 to August 2018, and President of C&C Construction LLC from January 2007 to January 2013.
