Shanice Beckford has a diverse work experience. Shanice started their career in 2013 at Bar 11, where they worked as Bar Staff and Supervisor. Their responsibilities included taking customer orders, preparing drinks, handling transactions, and maintaining the bar's appearance. Shanice worked there until July 2015.

In August 2015, Shanice joined Kreston Reeves as a Trainee Chartered Accountant in Audit & Assurance. Shanice worked in this role until August 2018, gaining experience in various areas of audit and assurance.

From September to December 2018, Shanice worked as an Audit & Assurance Controller at Kreston Reeves, taking on additional responsibilities in managing audits.

In January 2019, Shanice was promoted to Audit & Assurance Supervisor and ACA Chartered Accountant at Kreston Reeves. Shanice held this position until June 2021, where they played a role in overseeing audits and obtaining their Chartered Accountant designation.

Currently, Shanice works as an Audit Manager at Kreston Reeves, starting in June 2021. In this role, they perform audit and assurance and corporate services assignments, providing a full range of accountancy, business advisory, and financial services to clients in London and the South East of England.

Shanice Beckford completed their ACA qualification from ICAEW from 2015 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Chemistry with Analytical Sciences from the University of East Anglia, where they studied from 2011 to 2015. Their secondary education includes A-Levels and GCSEs from King Edward VI Five Ways School (2009-2011) and Sutton Coldfield Grammar School for Girls (2004-2009), respectively.
