Nathalie Hoste has extensive experience in product management and human resources, currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Krëfel NV since October 2004, focusing on recruitment, learning and development, and onboarding/offboarding processes. In various roles at Krëfel, Nathalie has excelled as a Product Manager for kitchen appliances and telecom products from 2012 to 2020, managing supplier contracts, product range determination, and marketing strategies to drive revenue and market share growth. Prior to Krëfel, Nathalie worked as a Product Manager at Tech Data from July 2001 to October 2004, overseeing the purchase of multiple brands and customer relations. Nathalie holds a Licentiate degree in Romaanse Talen en Culturen from KU Leuven, a Getuigschrift in Multilingual Business Communication from Rijksuniversiteit Gent, and participated in an Erasmus project at Università degli Studi di Palermo.
