Igli Kruja, CFA is currently working as the Chief Operating Officer at Kredo Finance since November 2022. Prior to this, they worked at the Bank of Albania as a Portfolio Manager in the Supervision Department from December 2018 to November 2022. Before that, they were a Senior Consultant at Facilization from August 2017 to December 2018. Igli also held various roles at the Bank of Albania, including Specialist in the Supervision Department from June 2012 to July 2017, Specialist at the Financial Stability Department from July 2011 to June 2012, and HR Specialist from November 2008 to June 2011. Igli's career began at KPMG Albania as a Junior Assistant Auditor in 2008.

Igli Kruja, CFA holds a Master's degree in Economics from the University of Tirana, which they obtained in 2011. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Tirana, completing their studies in 2008. Igli also attended Partizani High School. In addition, they are certified as a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) by the CFA Institute, with the year of certification being 2021.
