Karen Tan is a finance professional with extensive experience in the fintech and audit sectors. Currently serving as Regional Finance Manager at FinAccel since February 2022, Karen focuses on group finance, accounting, and audit readiness. Previously, as Manager of Finance Excellence at WSAudiology from May 2021 to February 2022, Karen led the implementation of IFRS guidelines and streamlined global financial processes. Prior experience at KPMG Singapore from September 2015 to April 2021 involved managing audits for a diverse range of industries, analyzing financial performance, and developing risk-based audit plans. Karen began their career with an assurance internship at Nexia TS in 2014 and holds a Bachelor's Degree (First Class Honors) in Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University, completed in 2015.
