Elfa Andika is a skilled QA Engineer with extensive experience in software quality assurance and functional consulting. Currently employed at FinAccel since October 2022, Elfa previously contributed to PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk as a Software Quality Assurance specialist, focusing on manual testing and collaboration in product design reviews. Prior experience includes a role as a Functional Consultant at Anabatic Technologies, where Elfa successfully identified business requirements and improved defect resolution processes for core banking platforms. Earlier experience as a Web Developer at PT. Krakatau Information Technology involved the design and development of an HR-Payroll module that significantly reduced paper usage. Elfa holds a degree in Computer Science from BINUS University.
