From 2019 to 2021, they worked as a Desarrollador de Ruby on Rails at UKKO. From 2017 to 2019, they were a Technical Specialist at Avattar Consulting.

Naim Josahel Grimaldo Flores attended the Universidad Politécnica de la Región Ribereña from 2014 to 2018, where they earned a degree in Ingeniería with a field of study in Tecnología de la información.
