Sami Häkkinen is an experienced environmental professional currently serving as the Environmental Manager at Kreate Oy since March 2018, focusing on addressing environmental issues at construction sites and promoting Circular Economy practices in earth construction. Prior positions include Project Engineer and Circular Economy Trainee at Kreate Oy, as well as a Trainee at Insinööritoimisto Gradientti Oy, where responsibilities included planning environmental permits and conducting field sampling. Sami has also held various roles at Päijät-Häme Waste Management Ltd, including Maintenance Technician and Process Operator, contributing to projects related to water management and landfill gas collection. Education includes a Master of Engineering in Water and Environmental Engineering from Aalto University, a Master of Science in Environmental Ecology, and a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science from the University of Helsinki.
