Yong Lin is the Founder and CEO of Kravve.co, a company that provides an innovative hiring solution for companies to effectively hire top developers. Prior to Kravve, Yong was the Lead for The NEXT Lab, Career Services at NEXT Academy, where they successfully developed a model to provide 360 insights to employers even before meeting the candidate and opportunity for employers to work with talent before making any hiring decision, minimising the risk of making a wrong hire. Yong has also worked in business development at kevokanvas and as an Ambassador Mentor at Global Startup Youth ASEAN.

Yong Lin's educational career includes a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in BSc (Honours) Psychology from the University of Nottingham, as well as certification from St. John Ambulance Malaysia in Basic First Aid.
