Alison Vogtlin, MBA, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as Human Resources Director at Kraus-Anderson since January 2024. Prior to this position, Alison held the role of Consultant at Salo from October 2022 to March 2024 and served as Human Resources Director at Ultra Machining Company from October 2021 to October 2022. Alison's experience also includes leading HR departments at Matrix-NDI and North Memorial Health, where Alison was a Sr. HR Business Partner. Earlier in the career, Alison contributed to Fairview Health Services as a Human Resources Strategist and HR Business Partner, and worked as an HR Business Partner at Volunteers of America of Minnesota. Alison holds an MBA and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Concordia University-St. Paul, along with further education from Anoka Technical College and Elk River Area High School.
