Crystal Hodel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and corporate culture. Currently serving as the Culture & Engagement Business Partner at BluSky Restoration Contractors since October 2021, Crystal's role supports community rebuilding efforts following disasters, a mission that aligns with previous experience as HR Manager at Menold Construction, Inc., from August 2019 to October 2021. Crystal also held the position of HR Generalist at Precision Planting from April 2011 to March 2017 and has a background in administrative support and accounts receivable at ACCFS and Mangold Ford, respectively. Crystal's academic foundation includes a Bachelor of Applied Science in Human Resources Management and Services from Illinois State University, obtained between 2008 and 2010.
