Michael Brown has extensive experience in human resources, with their most recent position being Senior Director - Human Resources at Kratos Defense and Security Solutions since 2011. Prior to that, they held the role of Senior Director Human Resources at BAE Systems from 1984 to 2010.

From 1986 to 1987, Michael Brown attended National University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration.
