Joanna Eyles currently serves as the Manager of Customer Support at Kratos Defense and Security Solutions since November 2022, following a role as Principal Customer Success Engineer at the same company. Prior to this, Joanna held the position of Systems Administrator at Northwestern University's Feinberg School of Medicine from January to November 2022. Joanna's extensive experience includes distinguished roles at Intelsat, Gogo, and iDirect, where responsibilities ranged from Distinguished Member Of Technical Staff to Principal Network Engineer and Senior Satellite Systems Engineer. Joanna began the technical career as a SATCOM Operator Maintainer in the US Army from 1999 to 2005.
