Vandana Setty is an accomplished HRIS Manager at Kraton Corporation since April 2023, with previous experience as HRIS & Project Manager at SunPower Corporation from November 2020 to April 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing HR strategic and operational practices and mentoring the HRIS team. At Marathon Oil Corporation, from August 2015 to April 2020, Vandana served as a Senior IT Analyst and played a key role in the implementation of the Success Factors Project Nova. Earlier work at Peabody Energy, spanning from June 2008 to July 2015, involved roles such as Business Analyst in HR Operations and Process Improvement, where significant contributions included leading projects for developing benefits scorecards and implementing analytical tools.
