Stephanie Grant is a well-experienced professional who has worked in various roles within the R&D sector, focusing on specialty polymers and performance chemicals. Currently serving as an R&D Senior Scientist at Kraton Corporation, Stephanie collaborates with industry professionals, utilizes Lean Six Sigma principles, and leads cross-functional teams on projects. Stephanie has a strong background in materials science and engineering, with a Master's degree from the University of Florida and additional certifications in engineering entrepreneurship. Stephanie is also a Co-Founder of Kandle Kitchen LLC and has previous experience as a Contract Researcher and Undergraduate Research Assistant.
