Steve Peralta is an accomplished professional in client engagement and customer experience with extensive experience in the IT consulting and business process outsourcing sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Client Engagement for Krasan Consulting Services, Steve leads business development efforts for the State, Local, and Education segment within the Illinois government practice. Previously, as Vice President and Customer Experience Officer at Bank of Springfield, Steve enhanced the overall customer experience while collaborating across various departments to drive corporate success. Steve has also held significant roles at RL Canning, TCS United, and Solix Inc., where expertise in strategic sales direction and operational management was demonstrated. Steve holds a Master’s degree in Communications from Eastern Illinois University.
