Marcel Walvoort has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Marcel started their career in 1999 at Kramp, where they worked in various roles such as Technical Support Sales on Hydraulics, Sales Engineer Hydraulics, and Team Manager Service and Projects. In 2011, they joined Argo Hytos BV as Sales Responsible for the OEM market in the Netherlands, specializing in project and application engineering for hydraulics. Marcel returned to Kramp in 2013 and held positions such as Product Manager Hydraulic Cylinders and Business Unit Manager for the Hydraulic Cylinder Team. Marcel then served as the European Manager for Continuous Improvement and as Director HR/IC before being promoted to Director Operations UK&IRE. Currently, Marcel is the Director Operations BNL and Cluster Operations Director BNL at Kramp. Prior to their roles at Kramp, they founded and owned Precado from 2001 to 2007. Overall, Marcel Walvoort has demonstrated expertise in hydraulics, sales, project management, and continuous improvement throughout their career.

Marcel Walvoort's education history includes obtaining a CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional) degree from ProQua / ASCM in 2023. Marcel also participated in the Senior Executive Program at TIAS School for Business and Society from 2018 to 2019. Marcel obtained a Certified Black Belt in 2019 from R&G Global Consultancy, specializing in Black Belt. Marcel'seducational background also includes attending the AOG School of Management for Change Management in 2016 and HAN University of Applied Sciences for Management and Finance in 2015. Additionally, Marcel received training in strategic sourcing, negotiation tactics, and legal aspects in purchasing from Nevi in 2014. Marcel completed the HBO Middle Management I & II program at ISBW Opleiding & Training from 2007 to 2009.
