Brittany J. has extensive experience in customer service and hospitality, currently serving as the Client Communications Team Lead and Assistant Manager at Kramer Triad Management Group since August 2017. Brittany began their career handling calls and emails from co-owners, managing work orders, and providing essential documentation, while also developing useful spreadsheets to enhance team efficiency. Prior to this role, Brittany worked as a hostess at Royal Park Hotel from February to August 2017, responsible for reservations and guest interactions.
