Lucien C. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy, operations, and public administration. Currently serving as Senior Manager, Strategy and Operations at Kraken Digital Asset Exchange since April 2021, Lucien has held various leadership roles, including Co-Founder and COO of Aedify, Inc., an educational company focused on data literacy and practical skills training. Previous experience includes significant positions with the National Park Service in budget formulation and strategic planning, as well as Head of Operations at Fortress Global, where Lucien worked on commercial strategies for energy companies. Lucien's background also includes management consulting for the National Park Service while studying at Harvard Kennedy School, and co-founding Standard Hydro, a social enterprise aimed at improving agricultural practices in the Caribbean.
