Currently serving as a Partnerships Specialist at Kraftshala since November 2023, Shiva focuses on building relationships with Marketing Agencies, Brands, and Startups. As a Co-Founder of PeerHack, which integrates networks to enhance business innovation, Shiva contributes to a community at the intersection of real estate and technology. Previous roles include leading VC partnerships for MoEngage and managing startup partnerships at Freshworks in Europe and India. Shiva has also founded various initiatives, such as Vedanta Stays and a healthcare discovery platform, and has played a crucial role in the Founder Institute to support aspiring entrepreneurs. With a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Maharshi Dayanand University, Shiva combines technical expertise with strategic business acumen.
