Dariel Santana is a well-rounded professional with experience in sports management and operations. Currently serving as a Sports Management Associate at Kraft Sports + Entertainment since June 2023, Dariel previously interned with UBS Arena as part of the Oak View Group 360 in the summer of 2022. A Summer Associate with the Hartford Yard Goats Baseball during the summer of 2021, responsibilities included executing sponsorship activations and in-game promotions to enhance the fan experience. Earlier roles involved building services at SABIS®, where skills in collaboration and leadership were developed. Dariel holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Operations and Information Management from the Isenberg School of Management, University of Massachusetts Amherst, graduated in 2023.
