Vanessa Hitomi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in supply chain management and network optimization. Currently serving as Global Head of Footprint at Kraft Heinz since January 2017, Vanessa has held various leadership roles including Director of Network Design & Project Management and Head of Foodservice Supply Chain International, overseeing operations in EMEA, LATAM, and APAC. Prior to Kraft Heinz, Vanessa worked at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants and Anheuser-Busch InBev, gaining significant expertise in project management and customer collaboration. Vanessa's educational background includes a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from Chimie ParisTech - PSL and multiple degrees in the same field from prestigious institutions, underscoring a strong foundation in engineering principles.
